End of Day

Heya, sweet charm!

How do you describe the day in a single sentence or word? Content? Grateful? Privileged? Or do you still think life is worthless and without a purpose?

Come at me and tell me why you think what you think. I would love to know how all of your world is.

But apart from that, today was a great sky day! The sky looked somewhat like this:

And in the evening, it looked somewhat like this 🙂

Lovely, isn’t?

If you were to hear this, listen to the sounds of the birds chirping and the wind hushing by at it!

In case you wonder why I am showing you all of these, I would like you to know that I am appreciating life as is. The opportunities we get in 24 hours and the favors we can return for it is immensely precious.

How do you feel when you are sitting at a park, listening to a lo-fi version of your favorite song?

How do you feel when you are just taking a stroll on the quiet streets of your locality and see a puppy giving you a warm hello with its eyes?

That feeling comes everyday when you are content with who you are and know that you are enough already! You do not need to know everything that others know. It’s not a need, rather it is your curiosity to learn all of the things that you would like to know. Do not be too hard on yourself. 🤗

Come back tomorrow to hear more from me. I will always support you with whatever good you are creating in this beautiful life. 😌

You just need to let it all out and I am here to take it all in. (Comment below or hit the subscribe to your mailbox in case you wish to reach out to me)

Happy days!

  1. Hey. I have been feeling numb lately. So I cannot relate to what you are saying here. Could do help me feel all of what you are saying here? I am suffering from emotional numbness

    1. Sorry to hear that, Milette. Here are a few things I would like to suggest to you:
      1. Try to talk it out. Find a counselor or a therapist.
      2. Tell your family members and friends that you are having trouble feeling emotions so they don’t get offended when you don’t show them emotions
      3. Try as much as you can to meditate daily or spend your alone time in nature, just go and sit under a tree and listen to your favorite upbeat songs.
      4. Whenever you get to feel, pretend you know how to feel it. “Fake it till you make it” I know this sounds silly but it helps.
      5. Find something that keeps you busy, do something that you have always wanted to do. Cook. Dancing class. Travel.

These are just a few points that I can help you with right now.

Hope it helps. Do reply if it does.

Let me know if you need anything else.

      Cheers!,
      A
